Consultation Terms

By booking and/or signing above, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand that a consultation fee of CAD $339 (HST included) per hour applies to consultations conducted by video conference or telephone, up to a maximum of one (1) hour.

Consultations are provided by Robert J. N. Brouillette, Immigration Lawyer (Law Society of Ontario No. 39362A). Where legal advice is provided, it is delivered exclusively by a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

I understand that all consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to confirm my appointment. All fees, including applicable taxes, are clearly disclosed prior to payment.

I understand that consultation fees are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made within the permitted notice period may be rescheduled at the discretion of Y International.

I understand that any service quotes provided during the consultation remain valid for 30 days, provided that the facts and circumstances discussed remain unchanged.

I understand that Y International may request valid government-issued photo identification for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

I understand that required documents must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the consultation, except where IRCC correspondence is involved.

I acknowledge that my personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), solely for the purpose of providing immigration consultation services.

I understand that consultation services do not guarantee approval or success of any immigration application or process.
