How much does the consultation cost and how do I pay?
The fee is $339.00 CAD: $300 plus $39 Ontario HST. It is paid in full by card when you book, through secure card fields hosted by Clover; Y International never sees or stores your card number.
What is the cancellation policy?
The consultation fee is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24–48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within the permitted notice period may be rescheduled at Y International's discretion.
What do I need to provide before the consultation?
You complete the questionnaire and upload government-issued photo ID when booking; uploaded ID is deleted automatically after 15 days. Other required documents must be sent at least five business days before the consultation, except where IRCC correspondence is involved.
